Alex Glushenkov

Alex Glushenkov currently serves as R&D Group Manager at Venn since June 2023, where strategic leadership and direction are provided for Backend, Frontend, and Data teams, focusing on the adoption of advanced technologies to ensure market competitiveness. Previously, Alex was a Principal Technical Program Manager Lead at Meta from May 2022 to June 2023, overseeing initiatives within the Financial Integrity Pillar and managing the migration of financial products to a new compliance platform. Alex also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Kaltura from August 2015 to April 2022, playing a key role in the company's IPO and implementing processes that increased customer satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Orange and the Israel Defense Forces, demonstrating a progressive career path from software development to program management. Alex holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.
