Adam Baldwin

Adam Baldwin is the Senior Technical Product Manager at Blackbird Studios. Adam has been with the company since October 2019 and in their current role for just over two years. Prior to Blackbird, Adam was the Founder of Tiltbreaker.com from June 2009 to July 2015. Adam then spent five years as the Senior Project Solutions Manager at Haneke Design from April 2014 to September 2019.

Adam was Blackbird's first PM hire and was instrumental in developing and implementing company wide SOPs to standardize the delivery process. Adam also co-authored the employee handbook with Blackbird partners. During their time at Blackbird, they have led teams through Lean Startup workshops, MTP/MVP milestone planning & roadmapping, and facilitating day-to-day Agile methodologies and rituals. Adam has also expanded the PM department to 2nd PM hire; including onboarding & training plan. Under Adam's leadership, Blackbird has launched 4 distinct applications in machine learning, federal government knowledge sharing, wealth management, and digital transformation of a Housing Authority.

Adam Baldwin attended the University of Central Florida, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Adam has since gone on to have a successful career in business.
