Kelsey Doorey is a seasoned venture capital and business development professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Kelsey serves as a Limited Partner at Blackbird and AirTree, two leading VC funds in Australia and New Zealand, while also working as an Executive Consultant advising C-suite executives on strategic initiatives. Kelsey's previous roles include Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services, where Kelsey managed relationships with top VC firms, and CEO & Founder of Vow To Be Chic, a pioneering startup in the designer bridesmaid dress rental industry. Kelsey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
