Russ Bennett

Russ Bennett is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Plexure since September 2021, as well as a Venture Partner at EVP and Non-Executive Director at Hnry, both since August 2021. Russ Bennett also holds a Scout position at Blackbird since October 2021, focusing on early-stage investments in ambitious founders within New Zealand and Australia. Previously, Russ Bennett was the Chief Executive Officer at Fraedom for nearly 17 years, overseeing a global team and leading the development of a prominent SaaS platform. Earlier experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting with a specialization in eBusiness solutions. Russ Bennett earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Auckland.
