Harshvardhan Mishra

Harshvardhan Mishra has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Harshvardhan is currently the Head of Learning & Development at BlackBuck, where they lead strategic initiatives in talent development and sales capabilities for a workforce of 6000+. Prior to this, they worked at LIXIL as the Leader of Sales Training for India and Subcon markets, managing sales capability building and market insight generation. Harshvardhan also has experience as a Divisional Manager at Centum Learning Limited and as an Associate Manager Training and Senior Executive Trainer at Amway. In their early career, they worked as a Trainer at Teletech Services, managing training for Airtel teams.

Harshvardhan Mishra completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur, from 1998 to 2001. During the same period, they also pursued an Advanced Diploma in web centric curriculum (ADWC) in Computer Software and Media Applications from NIIT. In addition to their formal education, Harshvardhan has obtained several certifications, including Strategic People Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2021, and Certified Learning and Development Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) & MEHR in 2020. Harshvardhan has also achieved certifications in various other areas such as organizational development, training, and career development.
