With a background in Human Resources spanning various industries, Shilpi has experience in setting up HR services, managing global HR functions, and handling HR integration of acquired companies. Shilpi holds a PGDPM&IR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Lucknow.
