Rianna Harrison-Barker

Rianna Harrison-Barker has over a decade of experience in customer success and student support roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Blackbullion since January 2021, Rianna has progressed through various positions including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Executive. Prior to joining Blackbullion, Rianna held multiple roles at the University of Hertfordshire from June 2012 to January 2021, including Student Support Officer, Project Officer, Fees and Funding Deputy Team Leader, and Fees and Funding Advisor.
