Tom Blackburn

Tom Blackburn has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1989 as President at Anderson Consulting. Tom then founded their own company, Blackburn Consulting, in 1998 where they currently hold the position of President.

From 1978 to 1984, Tom Blackburn attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering.
