Stuart Jones

Stuart Jones has an extensive background in football and sports education, currently serving as the Academy Director at Blackburn Rovers Football Club since December 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing Academy Football Operations and managing Education and Player Welfare. Prior to this role, Stuart Jones spent a decade at Knowsley Community College as a Sports Lecturer and Head of the Football Programme. Earlier in their career, Stuart Jones played professionally at Liverpool Football Club from July 1991 to June 1993. Recently, Stuart Jones completed a Mini MBA in Sporting Directorship at FOCUS Sports Education in early 2024.
