Ken Murphy

Ken Murphy is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at BLACKCLOAK since November 2023, Ken previously held a similar role at Mercury Healthcare from January 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included driving innovation and achieving a significant reduction in platform costs. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Director of Product Delivery at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Senior Director of Engineering at Nuance Communications, and Director of Internal Engineering at Rapid7, where Ken built a substantial European Engineering center and implemented strategic quality oversight. Earlier positions include leadership roles at Lattice Engines and Monster, along with QA management experience at Soliloquy Learning. Ken holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from University College Dublin and an LLB in Law from Portobello College Dublin.
