Swai Dhanoa is an accomplished professional in product innovation and data science, currently serving as the Director of Product Innovation at BLACKCLOAK since April 2025. Prior experience includes being a Senior Product Manager at Alarm.com where Swai led the Data Science Product area, focusing on AI/ML-powered experiences. As a strategic Mentor for Lighthouse Network, Swai guided early-stage startups in the data and AI sectors. Swai is also the founder of Paradigm Campus Innovations LLC, where efforts were made to digitize college campus experiences and manage product development in the field of AI. Earlier roles include Associate Data Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology and a Software Development Intern at Swift. Swai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Christopher Newport University.
