Andy Garcia has worked for three companies since 2018. Andy began their career at lululemon in 2018 as an Educator. In 2020 they moved to Aerotek, where they worked as a Recruiter. Currently, they are employed at Black Diamond Networks as a Technical Recruiter.

Andy Garcia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from the University of Arizona in 2020. Andy also obtained an AZ Life, Accident and Health or Sickness Producer certification from the National Insurance Producer Registry in July 2020.
