Tom Stammberger

Tom Stammberger has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Tom has held various roles in the areas of Business Systems & Performance, Learning & Development, and Education Services.

Tom started their career at Segue Software, Inc. in 2000 as Worldwide Training Manager. Tom then moved to Chordiant Software, Inc. in 2006 as Worldwide Education Services Manager. In 2007, they joined Bullhorn, Inc. as Director of Training. In 2009, they joined Learning Management Institute as a Senior Learning Consultant. In 2011, they joined Compuware as Strategic Services Manager and also became a Member of the Board of Directors at TALBOK Consulting LLC (f.k.a. Learning Management Institute). In 2013, they joined Axeda Corporation as Director of Education Services, and in 2014 they joined PTC as Director Global Services - IoT Education Lead. Finally, in 2016, Tom joined Black Diamond Networks as Senior Director of Business Systems & Performance and Director of Learning & Development.

Tom Stammberger has an extensive education history. Tom began their studies in 1985 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completing coursework in Aerospace Engineering. In 1991, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from IUNP. Following this, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2001. In 2005, they earned their Master of Education in Instructional Design from UMass Boston. In 2015, they earned their Master of Business Administration in IT Industry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Certificate Program in Applied Business Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to their degrees, Tom has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in How to Effectively Lead Virtual Team Meetings from the American Management Association, Certified ROI Professional from the ROI Institute, Communication, Efficiency and Leadership Certificate from ENCELP, Public Speaker Certificate from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Segue Certified Software Quality Assurance Engineer from Segue Software, and TALBOK Learning Management Framework & Methodology from The Learning Management Institute.
