Theodore Iakovou

Theodore Iakovou is currently serving as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Hellenic Parliament since September 2024 and holds multiple roles at Blackelm Equity as a Member of the Executive Council and Head of the Economic Research Team, contributing to a student-run equity fund with an AUM of £300,000. Previous experience includes a Spring Internship at Wells Fargo as a Macroeconomic Research Analyst and a Global Markets Summer Analyst role at the National Bank of Greece, focusing on Fixed Income and Derivatives Trading. Additionally, involvement with McKinsey & Company included participation in the McKinsey Summer School and a Spring Internship. Theodore's earlier roles include a Research Assistant position at the University of Warwick and various internships in finance and accounting. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in History, Politics, and Economics from UCL and completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at The American College of Greece.
