Laura Maedche is an experienced professional in customer operations and project management, currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager at Blackfoot Communications since October 2011. In this role, Laura develops and implements strategic improvements to enhance team efficiency while providing ongoing training and support for the Customer Operations team.
