Jim Biel

Prior to Blackhawk, Jim spent 15 years at Grainger with the most recent six years within the Zoro.com subsidiary. At Zoro, he led Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams. Jim’s contributions to Zoro were key to 10x revenue growth in just 6 years. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign.
