Cathal O'Baoill

Cathal O'Baoill currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer for GVS Prepaid Europe at Blackhawk Network, overseeing risk management for the One4All flexible multi-store gift card, an authorized e-money institution by the Central Bank of Ireland. Previously, Cathal held the position of Risk Advisor at the Irish League of Credit Unions, guiding credit unions in risk management practices, and worked at the Central Bank of Ireland as a Prudential Supervisor focused on distressed credit unions. Earlier experience includes roles in the Enforcement Division of the Central Bank and as a Project Analyst at Link Group. Cathal's education includes a Master of Science in Financial Services from University College Dublin and various risk management certifications.
