Felver Yepez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in incident management, project management, and consulting across various sectors, including telecommunications, oil and gas, and technology services. Currently serving as an Incident Manager - NOC Engineer at Blackhawk Network since October 2021, Felver ensures optimal operational performance and incident resolution. Previously, Felver held roles at DXC Technology, overseeing global projects for clients such as AT&T and HP, and worked as an IT consultant for both small and medium-sized enterprises.
