Feng Guo

Feng Guo serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Blackhawk Network since July 2023, providing expertise in commercial negotiations, product design, privacy, compliance, and regulatory licensing across APAC. Previously, Feng held roles as Legal Counsel - APAC at Blackhawk Network, managing legal contractual negotiations across multiple jurisdictions, and as Legal Counsel - USA at Credit Corp, overseeing compliance and corporate governance for US operations. Other notable positions include Legal Counsel for External Dispute Resolution at Credit Corp, Banking and Finance Disputes Case Manager at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, and Disputes + Investigations Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin. Before these, Feng gained international experience as a Registered Foreign Lawyer at DLA Piper in Hong Kong and began a legal career at Thomson Geer. Education includes an MBA from the University of Sydney and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution.
