Hansel Castro

Hansel Castro is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and IT service management. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Blackhawk Network since March 2020, Hansel has progressed through various roles, including Sr. Desktop Support Engineer and Desktop Support Engineer. Prior to this, Hansel held the position of Remote Desktop Support Engineer at Blackhawk Network from July 2018 to April 2019 and worked as a Regional Systems Administrator at Focus Services from April 2014 to April 2018. Hansel began a career in information technology as a Customer Service Agent at Focus Services in March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Universidad Don Bosco, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Escuela Especializada en Ingenieria ITCA - Fepade.
