Kavitha Narayan

Kavitha Narayan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience at Blackhawk Network, where roles have included Sr. Engineering Director, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, and Sr. Staff Software Engineer since joining in October 2012. Currently leading the Global Issuance and Processing platform and Digital User Journey with teams across the US, India, and El Salvador, Kavitha has successfully managed various projects involving major payment networks and digital integration. Prior experience includes programming roles at Marlabs Inc, contributing to Blackhawk's IT as a contractor, and developing Java/J2EE projects at Sempra Energy. Kavitha's career began as a Systems Analyst at UST Global, focusing on client projects for prominent companies. Kavitha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Kerala University and has undergone training at NIIT Institute.
