Vik Varma

Vik Varma currently serves as General Counsel at Blackhawk Network since June 2023. Prior to this role, Vik was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Cutera, Inc., where oversight was provided to global legal and compliance teams for a medical devices company. Vik has extensive experience from VeriFone, serving in various capacities including EVP, General Counsel, and Section 16 officer. Additional experience includes tenure as a Board Member at GSTV and positions at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where corporate governance and compliance were key focuses. Vik began professional career as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
