Juli Carter has over 10 years of work experience in the restoration and property damage industry. In 2010, they joined Blackhill Restoration/R.S.G. as the Managing Partner Director of Sales/Marketing/Client & Customer Relations and Chief Commercial Officer. Juli'sresponsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and customer service in Texas. Juli specialized in commercial and residential large loss mitigation and facilitated pack outs. In the same year, they also joined Blackhill Restoration & Turn-Key Services as part of their Commercial & Residential Large loss/Catastrophe team, focusing on business development and providing personalized assistance to clients throughout the recovery process. In 2011, they joined Property Damage Specialists as a Business Development professional. Juli'stime at Property Damage Specialists lasted until 2012.
