Will Cognetti

William Cognetti joined Blackhorn Ventures in August 2022 as an Analyst. Prior to joining Blackhorn, Will worked at RBC Capital Markets within an investment banking group covering the Industrials sector. During his time at RBC, Will advised companies in a range of strategic alternatives including mergers & acquisitions, equity raises and debt transactions.

Will graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance and Economics. He currently resides in Denver, CO and enjoys spending his spare time hiking, fly-fishing and attempting to cook.
