Oleksandr Kovalenko

Oleksandr Kovalenko is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently at Blacklane since September 2019, Oleksandr collaborates with data and BI engineers, significantly enhancing data pipeline efficiency and advocating for Site Reliability Engineering practices. Previous roles include senior software engineering positions at AUTO1 Group, Elinvar.de, Ciklum, IDS Borjomi Ukraine, and Vicotec, where Oleksandr demonstrated expertise in developing microservices, optimizing database performance, and mentoring junior engineers. Oleksandr holds master's degrees in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and Enterprise Economy from the Kyiv National Economics University.
