Waqas Ali

Waqas Ali is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Teamlead Group Controlling at Blacklane since June 2021, Waqas previously held the role of Finance Manager - Global FP&A at HelloFresh from May 2018 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Waqas worked at SAP from 2015 to 2017 in financial analysis roles related to investor relations and global partner operations. Prior experience includes equity research at AKD Securities Ltd. in 2014. Waqas holds a Mannheim Masters in Management with a focus on finance from the University of Mannheim and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 of the CFA examinations. Additionally, Waqas participated in an exchange semester in Business Administration and Management at Bilkent University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in finance from the Institute of Business Management.
