Karen Stefanyszyn

Karen Stefanyszyn is currently an associate at Blacklight Advisory. Karen has previously worked as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Aviva plc and as the Global Head of Leadership & Culture at Aviva. Karen also worked as the Head of Talent Management at Aviva UK and as the Head of Leadership & Care at Norwich Union.

Karen Stefanyszyn has an MSc in HR from London South Bank University, and is a certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP), and the MBTI Steps 1 and 11 from OPP. Karen is also certified in Transformational Narrative Coaching from The Listening Partnership.
