Adam Rowe is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting and client services across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at BlackLine since March 2020, Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team and manages the recruitment of senior and complex roles globally. Prior to BlackLine, Adam held senior positions at Lucas Group, Fetch Careers, Inc., Century Group, and The DLC Group, showcasing expertise in sourcing top talent for specialized fields such as architecture, engineering, and technology. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College.
