Arcelia Hayden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and training within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Support at BlackLine Systems since March 2013, Arcelia specializes as a Subject Matter Expert in SAAS products, focusing on needs assessment, solution development, and risk mitigation while acting as a liaison between end users and the business.
