Oli Husemeyer currently serves as Vice President of International HR at BlackLine, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Oli was the Interim Vice President of People at Keboola and spent five years at Medallia as VP of People & Culture for EMEA & APAC, as well as Senior Director and Head of HR in the same regions. Between 2016 and 2020, Oli co-owned The Lord Nelson Pub at Winthorpe during maternity leave. Previous experience includes leading EMEA Wellbeing and serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Google, and handling HR projects at BT Ireland. Early career experience was gained as an HR Business Partner at Citi. Oli holds two Master’s degrees with distinction, one in Counselling from Durham University and another in Human Resource Management from Newcastle University.
