Ravi Sharma is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving enterprise applications and enhancing customer experience across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering for Enterprise Applications at BlackLine since April 2024, Ravi previously held leadership roles at Coinbase as Director of Enterprise Applications, orchestrating a team of over 60 professionals to improve productivity through innovative solutions. At Uber, Ravi made significant contributions as Director of Biz Apps and Collaboration Services for Uber Eats and led the global rollout of a cloud-based contact center, achieving substantial cost savings. Ravi's career began at Cisco, where responsibilities ranged from managing cloud collaboration strategies to delivering major projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, enhanced by a Design Thinking Bootcamp at Stanford University.
