Susanna Metzler

Susanna Metzler is a highly experienced finance professional with a robust background in optimization and customer success roles at BlackLine since October 2018. As a Principal Optimization Consultant, Susanna guides a diverse portfolio of clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging extensive product and industry knowledge to enhance business value and investment returns. Prior experience at Johnson Controls included key roles such as Sr. Project Analyst and BlackLine Organizational SME/Champion, where Susanna supported internal control and compliance across multiple regions. Additional financial expertise was gained at previous positions, including Financial Division Controller at Inter-tel and Financial Analyst at Office Depot Corp. Susanna holds an MBA from Lynn University and has dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Rollins College.
