Purnendu Kaul

Purnendu Kaul's work experience begins in 2014 with a summer internship at Schlumberger Information Solutions. In 2014, they also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University. The following year, in 2015, they were a Student Worker (Software Developer) at Texas A&M University. In 2016, they joined Sam's Club as a Data Scientist (Data Science and Engineering) and worked there until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at BlackLocus, first as a Senior Data Scientist and currently as the Lead Data Scientist.

Purnendu Kaul attended Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they studied at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra from 2007 to 2011, earning a B.Tech in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Purnendu also obtained several certifications, including R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera Verified Certificates, as well as Front-end Formations and JavaScript Road Trip Part 3 from Code School. Purnendu also completed courses in Building Blocks of Express.js, Real-time Web with Node.js, and Try SQL from Code School, though the specific dates of completion were not provided.
