Sharon Jones

Sharon Jones has over 25 years of experience in HR management. Sharon currently serves as the Head of HR - Operations & Marketing at Blackmores Group. Prior to this, they worked at Zinfra as the Group Manager HR Corporate, where they served as a strategic business partner with various functions within the company. Before that, they held the position of HR Manager at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, CSIRO, Inchcape Automotive Retail, Snack Brands Australia, Campbell Arnott's, and Snack Foods Limited. Sharon started their career as an HR Officer at PepsiCo. Throughout their career, Sharon has focused on coaching and mentoring, business partnering, and change management.

Sharon Jones participated in the Women and Leadership Australia Advanced Leadership Program in 2017, where they focused on organizational leadership. Sharon also attained a Professional Member (CAHRI) status from the Australian HR Institute, specializing in human resources management and services.
