Olivier Avaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Olivier is the founder and CEO of Blacknut SAS, a position they have held since January 2016. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Skyrods, a private holding company and unicorn nursery specializing in telecommunications, digital media, and entertainment. Olivier started their journey in 1992 at Orange, where they worked as a research engineer and later as a project manager. Olivier then moved to Deutsche Telekom AG as an International Project Manager before returning to Orange as the CTO. In 2004, Olivier founded Streamezzo and served as the CEO until 2010 when the company was successfully acquired by Amdocs. At Amdocs, they held the position of Vice President of Development from 2010 to 2014. Throughout their career, Olivier has displayed expertise in various areas including fundraising, business development, strategic alliances, and company restructuring.

Olivier Avaro has a diverse educational background. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued a DEA degree in Signal & Images Processing at the Université de Rennes I. During the same period, they also obtained an Engineer degree in Telecommunication from IMT Atlantique. Olivier's education journey started with a Baccalaureat in Math Sup - Math Spé at Lycée Louis Barthou, which they completed from 1986 to 1989.
