Michael Andrews

Michael Andrews is the Chief Counsel at Blackops Partners. Michael has previously worked as the President, COO, and Board Member at HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc. from January 2018 to August 2019. Michael was responsible for environmental and regulatory consulting, engineering, field services, UAS imagery & mapping, environmental drilling, storm water, spills and remediation for several industries including energy, oil & gas, mining, pipeline, utility and DOT.

Prior to their work at HRL Compliance Solutions, Inc., Michael Andrews was the owner of Paper Airplane, LLC. Michael has also worked as a consultant at CXO Executive Solutions, LLC and Park City Angels.

Michael Andrews has received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, with a focus in finance and marketing. Michael also has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the same school, with a focus in management and operations. Additionally, they have completed a leadership program at the Center For Creative Leadership.

They are on a team with Sara Williamson - Chief Marketing Officer, Scott Tait - Chief Strategy Officer, and Alex Shea - Chief Information Security Officer. Their manager is Casey Fleming, Chairman & CEO.
