John Santos

John Santos is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Blackout Coffee Co. since September 2018, John leads a family-owned coffee roasting business renowned for its high-quality small batch coffee. In addition to this role, John has been a Real Estate Investor since May 2016, focusing on purchasing residential properties and seeking commercial opportunities. John also ventures into e-commerce and held the position of CEO at Fine Lines MedSpa from February 2012 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, John served as the President and CEO of Primetime Mortgage Inc. from September 2000 to January 2009, facilitating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac home loans as a mortgage broker.
