Jason Emsley

Jason Emsley has extensive experience in education and military service. Since September 2009, Jason has held multiple roles at Blackpool and The Fylde College, including Curriculum Manager, Senior Tutor for Progress of Students, and Lecturer/Programme Leader for a bespoke military preparation academy focused on training 16-19-year-old students for careers in uniformed services. Responsibilities include providing personal support and teaching various Level 3 diploma courses, such as understanding discipline, leadership and teamwork, and planning and management of major incidents. Prior to this, Jason served as a Soldier Platoon Warrior Sergeant in the Ministry of Defence from June 1993 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Public Services and The Community from Blackpool and The Fylde College and a PCE in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Blackpool and Fylde University Centre.
