Natalie Gradwell

Natalie Gradwell is an accomplished professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Ground Safety Manager at Blackpool Football Club since August 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie held the position of Head of Stadium and Matchday Operations at Fleetwood Town Football Club from June 2015 to August 2022. Natalie graduated with First Class Honours in Football Business and Finance from UCFB, completing the degree between 2012 and 2015.
