Claire Chamberlain

Claire Chamberlain is an accomplished leader in social impact and philanthropy, having served as the Global Head of Social Impact and President of The BlackRock Foundation at BlackRock from January 2018 to July 2023. Claire's role involved integrating philanthropic programs with corporate objectives and operationalizing the foundation's grant-making strategy. Prior to BlackRock, Claire was a member of the New Jersey State Board of Education and worked at the Robin Hood Foundation as Managing Director, Development, focusing on donor cultivation. Claire's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and Notch Partners, along with an MBA from Harvard Business School and studies at Princeton Theological Seminary.
