Connor Hartley

Connor Hartley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development at BlackRock since May 2022, Connor previously held the role of Managing Director, Head of M&A and Ventures at S&P Global for a brief period in early 2022. Prior to that, Connor was with IHS Markit, where roles included Managing Director and Executive Director of Corporate Development from December 2018 to February 2022. Connor's career began at Ipreo, where a progression of leadership roles spanned over a decade, including Director of Global Strategy & Corporate Development. Connor holds an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA with a dual major in International Business and Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
