Diwakar Goel

Diwakar Goel is an accomplished leader in data and analytics, currently serving as Head of Aladdin Data at BlackRock since January 2021, where responsibility includes leading data products, platform, and analytics delivery for clients. Previously, as Global Chief Data Officer at GE, Diwakar drove data and analytics practices, creating an AI-enabled data platform that significantly enhanced productivity. Diwakar has also contributed to the MIT Sloan School of Management as a Board Member of CISR Advisory and Research since January 2019 and served as a Governing Body Co-Chair at Evanta. With a background in internal audit and operations at GE and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, Diwakar combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in the data landscape.
