Elisabeth Scheja Sterner

Elisabeth Scheja Sterner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Nordic region. At BlackRock, Elisabeth has served as Managing Director and Head of the Nordic Region, as well as Managing Director for iShares & Wealth and Retail in the same region. In addition, Elisabeth holds positions as Chairman and Director on various Fund Company and SICAV boards. Prior experience includes significant roles at SEB, such as Head of Institutions Direct in Asset Management, Head of Product & Distribution Strategy, Head of Business Development at SEB Investment Management, and Acting Head of Risk Management at SEB Wealth Management. Elisabeth holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics from Stockholm University, completed between 1994 and 1997, and has furthered education at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut.
