Jillian Cooney

Jillian Cooney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and operational management. Currently serving as Director in the Office of the Chairman & CEO at BlackRock since September 2019, Jillian Cooney partners with the Deputy COO to manage operational risk and efficiency while overseeing business reviews and budgeting processes. Previously, Jillian held several leadership roles at S&P Global, including Director of Communications and Chief of Staff for Public Affairs, where significant initiatives in corporate social responsibility and global team management were undertaken. Earlier experiences include directing political outreach at the American Association for Justice and fundraising consulting with Taylor Collective Solutions. Jillian Cooney holds a degree from The George Washington University.
