Jose Garcia is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and cloud security. Currently serving as Vice President and Cloud Security Architect at BlackRock since September 2019, Jose previously held key roles including Team Lead Systems Engineering and Sr. Windows Engineer at EBS Dealing Resources, and Sr. Systems Engineer at ICAP. Jose's career also includes positions as IT Manager at Puglisi & Co., Systems Architect at Merrill Lynch, and Consultant at Cyrus Capital Partners. Jose began professional endeavors in 1990 as a System Architect and pursued education at Manhattan University from 1985 to 1987.
