Joseph Chalom

Joseph Chalom is a Managing Director and Head of Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships at BlackRock, where responsibilities include the global development and management of the firm's strategy regarding Digital Assets, index and data relationships, and strategic investments in fintech and data ecosystems since April 2005. Prior to this role, Joseph served as Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock Solutions and worked as a Senior Associate at Skadden Arps from March 2000 to March 2004, as well as an Associate at Arnold and Porter from August 1997 to March 2000. Joseph holds a JD in Law from Columbia Law School (1994-1997) and a B.A. in International Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University (1990-1993).
