Lei Lei

Lei Lei, PhD, is a Quantitative Researcher at BlackRock since December 2021, with prior experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University from January 2016 to July 2021, where significant achievements included improving predictions of pressure-dependent rate coefficients and experimental measurements. Lei Lei also served as a Summer Intern at BloombergNEF, a Graduate Research Assistant at Manhattan College focusing on a 3D model of the human acinar tree system, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Tsinghua University, leading a team on urban river network studies. Additionally, Lei Lei held research intern positions at the World Resources Institute and WWF-China. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, multiple Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University, and a Certificate in Sustainability Studies from Venice International University.
