Magalie Engelmann

Magalie Engelmann is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Director and Deputy Head of Europe Compliance at BlackRock, Magalie has previously held roles such as Director of EMEA Institutional Clients & Solutions Compliance Advisory and Vice President of EMEA Compliance Advisory at the same firm. Prior to BlackRock, Magalie worked as Senior Manager Compliance Advisory at Macquarie Group and gained valuable expertise through positions in statutory audits and regulatory reviews at PwC Australia and PwC Luxembourg. Magalie began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst for Hewlett-Packard in the EMEA region. An alumnus of Burgundy School of Business, Magalie holds a Master's degree in Audit and Financial Management, earned between 2001 and 2005.
