Marilyn (Mal) Watson is currently a Managing Director and the Head of Global Fundamental Fixed Income Strategy at BlackRock, a position held since 2011. Prior to BlackRock, Mal served as an Economist at the Bank of England from 2009 to 2011 and worked in FX Sales at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2002 to 2007. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant at CHP Consulting from 2000 to 2002. Mal earned an MA Hons in Economics from the University of Cambridge, graduating in 1999.
