Mark Florian is a Partner at BlackRock, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Funds since 2017. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Funds at First Reserve Corporation from 2008 to 2017, and served as a Partner/Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from 1985 to 2008, where the final role was COO of the Public Sector and Infrastructure Department. Mark earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.
